As small producers and a family farm we really value your custom. If you're not happy we're not happy. In fact, if you're not delighted then we're gutted! So, any problems please let us know. We appreciate all feedback good and bad. Olive oil

Just a couple of things to note:
Olive oil is basically a fruit juice so it is affected by the soil, the weather that year, how we pick, what the mill does so the flavour varies from year to year. It doesn't mean there is something wrong with the oil.

Olive oil starts out spicier and becomes more mellow as it ages so the amount of time you keep you oil and when in the year you buy it will affect the flavour. Again, this is not a defect in the oil, just a change in the taste - rather like maturing a fine wine.

Wholesale Inquiries
We welcome enquiries from the public, restaurants, shops and wholesalers. We do give shipping discounts for bulk buying so check out our online store for details.
